Like an archeologist, the filmmaker sifts through old remains and uncovers intimate details of five infamous men. We learn about their favorite foods, films, habits and sex lives, yet there is not a mention of their public lives or of their place in history. Although intentionally omitted, the horrors for which these men were responsible hover over the film. |
