In one week of 1988, most of Chile's citizens said "no" to Pinochet.
The film opens on the day before the referendum, which was marked by a general blackout instigated by the regime. In the following morning, standing in the national stadium,
a concentration camp back in 1973 and now a polling station, taxi driver Don German relives his own torments and his friends tortures and death.
