This wicked political satire could easily apply to any number of dictators, but points to a certain Mobutu Sese Seko. The President-For-Life of an unidentified African nation orders a champion checkers player, a pot-smoking rebel, to his palace. The champion hurls traditional insults at his presidential opponent, and wins every game. His fate is not unexpected in this hilarious send-up of living under tyranny. |
